To establish a national network to support the country to be a center of excellence for financial technology in the region.

To create a platform for the exchange of ideas, experiences and knowledge among the financial technology community in   Sri Lanka to foster collaboration via obtaining membership.

To facilitate networking opportunities and encourage the formation of mutually beneficial partnerships among its members, promoting cooperation and innovation within the financial technology  industry.

To disseminate knowledge within the financial technology industry by organizing events, seminars and conferences by attracting subject matter experts to share insights, trends and best practices.

To inspire members to evaluate current regulations and policies impacting the financial technology industry in the country with a view to contribute towards formulating progressive regulations and policies to ensure industry growth. 

6.

To nurture international collaboration and partnerships providing opportunities for members to connect with financial technology communities and organizations in the region to facilitate cross border knowledge sharing and market expansion via partnerships. 

7.

To become the entity that coordinates with all government agencies to provide support for the advancement of the financial technology industry in the country. 

8.

To position the country as a Center of Excellence for financial technology to attract foreign investments into the country. 

9.

To facilitate and support the export of financial technology developed in Sri Lanka to international markets.  

10.

To do all such other lawful acts and things as may be conducive or incidental to the attainment of the above objects or any one of them.
